Service Description

An intermediate course in classical double kettlebell sport lifts and associated variations. This course expands upon techniques explored in Level 1, developing a high level of proficiency. Topics include: Joint Mobility, proper Rack position, GS swing, Clean, Press, Push Press, Jerk, Half Snatch, Full Snatch, assistance exercises and hand care. Programming: 16 Hours in duration. Completion of Level 1 is required to attend. Can be attended as a group or private training. Additionally, training can be divided into 2 hour time blocks throughout the week. Must be completed in 1 month. Call to schedule. Payment plans available.
