Service Description

A beginner’s course in classical single/double kettlebell sport lifts and associated variations. Topics include: Joint Mobility, proper rack position, Swing, Clean, Press, Push Press, Jerk, Half Snatch, Full Snatch, assistance exercises and hand care. Programming: 16 Hours in duration. Can be attended as a group or private training. Additionally, can be divided into 2 hour time blocks throughout the week. Must be completed in 1 month. Call to schedule. Payment plans available.
