Service Description

This is an introductory kettlebell Seminar. We will discuss the history and scientific foundations of kettlebell training. Single kettlebell lifts to be covered: Joint Mobility, Deadlift, Proper Rack position, Squat variations, Swing, Clean, Press, Turkish Get up. Programming: 8 Hours in duration. May be taken as a group or private session. Additionally, can be broken down into 2 hour time blocks throughout the week. Must be completed in 1 month. Call to schedule. Payment plans available.
