Kettlebell Foundations Level 1

This is an introductory kettlebell Seminar. We will discuss the history and scientific foundations of kettlebell training. Single kettlebell lifts to be covered: Joint Mobility, Deadlift, Proper Rack position, Squat variations, Swing, Clean, Press, Turkish Get up.
Programming:
8 Hours in duration. May be taken as a group or private session. Additionally, can be broken down into 2 hour time blocks throughout the week. Must be completed in 1 month.

Kettlebell Sport & Fitness Level 1
$500
A beginner’s course in classical single/double kettlebell sport lifts and associated variations. Topics include: Joint Mobility, proper rack position, Swing, Clean, Press, Push Press, Jerk, Half Snatch, Full Snatch, assistance exercises and hand care.
Programming:
16 Hours in duration. Can be attended as a group or private training. Additionally, can be divided into 2 hour time blocks throughout the week. Must be completed in 1 month.

Intro to Kettlebells Workshop
$50
For those new to kettlebells, looking to gain a better understanding of this fitness tool. We will cover a brief history, unique properties that make the kettlebell such an effective training tool, as well as basic lifts including: Deadlift, swing, Squat variations, clean and press.

Kettlebell Sport & Fitness Level 2

An intermediate course in classical double kettlebell sport lifts and associated variations. This course expands upon techniques explored in Level 1, developing a high level of proficiency. Topics include: Joint Mobility, proper Rack position, GS swing, Clean, Press, Push Press, Jerk, Half Snatch, Full Snatch, assistance exercises and hand care.
Programming:
16 Hours in duration. Completion of Level 1 is required to attend. Can be attended as a group or private training. Additionally, training can be divided into 2 hour time blocks throughout the week. Must be completed in 1 month.
