Training sessions are individualized in a small group setting. After a consultation and fitness assessment, each participant will have a program designed specifically for them. Space is limited to no more than six participants.
Krank Kettlebell promotes the sport, science, art, and discipline of kettlebell. The kettlebell is a unique and versatile training tool. It can be utilized in a variety of programming, including: strength & conditioning, aerobic/anaerobic training, and kettlebell sports.
